Privacy Notice


Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, the Data Controller is required to provide data subjects with clear, transparent, understandable and easily accessible information regarding the processing of their personal data and to facilitate the exercise of their rights. Family members’ data may also be processed under the same conditions where necessary. Purpose: Provision of ordered services and administrative procedures. Legal basis: Consent and performance of a contract. Retention period: 12 months or until withdrawal of consent.

Retention period: 8 years following termination of the legal relationship. Recipients: Employees responsible for taxation, accounting, payroll and social security administration.

CHAPTER 5


Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to authorities (e.g., immigration authority, consular offices), contractual partners (e.g., translators, accountants), and legal representatives where necessary. All transfers are carried out within lawful frameworks.

The Data Controller responds within 30 days.

CHAPTER 7


The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of measures taken in response to their request without undue delay and within 1 month of receipt. Where necessary, this period may be extended by 2 additional months considering complexity and number of requests. The data subject will be informed of the extension. If submitted electronically, the response will be provided electronically unless otherwise requested. If no action is taken, the Data Controller will inform the data subject within 1 month, including reasons and information about the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If there are reasonable doubts concerning identity, additional information may be requested to confirm identity.
