Who We Are
We are an independent administrative support office based in Budapest, providing assistance to individuals and families in dealing with life and administrative procedures in Hungary.
We are not outsiders to this system; rather, we have lived in it since 2004, and today we are Hungarian citizens. We have personally gone through every stage that newcomers face — starting from kindergarten and school integration, through renting and purchasing homes, managing residence permits, entering the labor market, establishing businesses, obtaining different types of permits, and ultimately acquiring Hungarian citizenship.
Because we have walked this path ourselves in its entirety, we do not only understand the legal steps, but we also understand the practical reality behind them. We know where people encounter complications, what causes delays, and how to prepare properly to avoid unnecessary problems.
Our work focuses on immigration-related procedures, residence permits, family matters, official documentation, and language assistance during official processes.
We do not issue certified translations; official translations in Hungary are prepared only by the authorized bodies.
Our role is to support administrative procedures and provide clear practical guidance.
Having been fully integrated into Hungarian society, our goal is to help others move through the same journey with confidence, clarity, and structure.
